As a registered member of a Cisco CCNA Prep Center, CCNP Prep Center, Cisco Learning Connection or the Cisco Career Certifications community, you are invited to participate in a new and exciting online venture: the Cisco Learning Network.
The new Cisco Learning Network was created to be the preeminent online social network for Cisco certified personnel, IT professionals, students, career changers, and anyone interested in a career in IT. This community will allow users to interact, collaborate, learn, mentor, and prepare for certification exams through:
• Discussion forums
• Blogs
• Video Interviews
• Wikis
• Other Web 2.0 technologies
The Cisco Learning Network gives Cisco customers, partners, and Cisco employees the opportunity to collaborate and share knowledge, training, mentoring, and support as they develop their careers through Cisco certifications.
With the advent of the Cisco Learning Network, all the content currently available on the Prep Centers and Community sites will migrate to the new site. In addition to new tools and resources, the new site will give you access to the practice questions, labs, simulations, tips, and discussion forums you’ve used in the past. Please note that the CCNA Prep Center, CCNP Prep Center, Certifications Community Site and the Cisco Learning Connection sites will not be accessible after July 25, 2008

How to prepare for Certification
There are 2 possibilities
1. You already joined or looking for an institute.
Or
2. You are self studying.
1. Regular study through institute:-
If you can afford and u find any well reputed and well equipped institute in your area then you should consider your self lucky and take the admission ASAP. It is highly recommended way of study. I suppose because you can work on real simulated conditions and learn live through good teachers.
Always try to study topic ahead the schedule topic for the next class session. By this way you can ask more questions to teacher at real time because you already known the basics of that topic and it would not be new for you and when teacher will teach you, all doubts will be clear. This I find very helpful with better understanding of the various concepts.
2. Through self study:-
If you have a background to the certification of your choice then u can start with Specialized book books but i recommend for fresh starters Sybex press especially CCNA because it is easy to comprehend and it is tailored for easy understanding.
Then also study through Video training, I recommend CBT and through simulators. For CCNA PrePsim is very good.
The least on the things to look for is the dumps and try also to sort out information from people who have done these certifications.
Paper Qualifications are Great don’t make your Certification a mere Poster Study
